8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Nice big room but it was really really dark even with all the lights on. Towels in bathroom were frayed and pillow was tiny- so not really up to 4 stars standard. Rest was fine.

Great location close to FRA. We were disappointed, however, that the advertised shuttle service only drops guests of at Terminal 1. We were departing from Terminal 3, which would have been hauling our heavy luggage via trains and long walks while navigating to the airport. We opted to take a taxi, which the hotel staff arranged. Room was fine, but no A/C.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,016 reviews)
This hotel was lovely. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Our only complaint would be the complementary minibar. While it is a nice idea, offering one single serve bag of chips for two people seems a bit undersized. The mirror frame in the bathroom had significant water damage. Other than that - GREAT stay!
We would stay here again ;)
