Castilla - La Mancha Beach Vacations

Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!

Property is great, Hotel is new and modern, great lobby but the terrace restaurant of hotel is the jewel. Amazing view of Madrid. The breakfast buffet which was included, was great. Hotel room was little small. Everything else was great.

It was a short but great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good change for normal not so friendly staff at other stays. Room was quite good and clean. Location is best

Convenient location, but parking is difficult and not ideal for travelers with a car. Elevators are small and require transfers, which can be inconvenient. Our room had a nice view, but there was a noticeable sewer smell. Overall, it did not feel like a Michelin-level hotel.

The studio looks exactly as showed in the pictures. Very clean and equipped with the essentials you may need. Easy access and excellent service and communication with the property management.

The king bed room was very spacious with a nicely decorated bathroom. The cleaning staff were brilliant with our room cleaned and an afternoon turn down service. The front service staff were polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the cocktails that we had.
