I checked in very late at night due to a last-minute change in my plans. The front desk staff was very kind and helped me with the taxi fare when I didn’t have enough cash. I truly appreciated it. The food was also very delicious.

Easy check in and out. Great location near several great restaurant areas including Hai-An street bars. Saturday night, there were a couple bars with live performers.

the location is convenient, close to subway and shopping areas. A bottle of soft drink was left on the 7th floor hallway table for over two days and the cleaning team did not take it away. It is very unusual for a 5 stars hotel to see waste items left in the hallway noticed. What I do not like to that when we tried to charged our drink to the room before we left the bar, we were told to pay deposit for drinks before we could charge it to the room. I have never heard about making food deposit to be able to charge to the room. Again, this is very unusual for a 5 star hotel.

A beautiful property. Spacious, modern guest rooms. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Travel to the Anping attractions and into Tainan via UBER was convenient and inexpensive. I would gladly stay there again.

쾌적하고 조용한 호텔이었고 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 조식은 안 먹어서 모르겠지만 오후에 간식과 차가 제공됩니다. 대만에서 지금까지 이용했던 호텔 중 제일 좋았어요. 근데 객실에 의자가 하나정도 더 있으면 좋겠습니다..!
