Disappointing. This is a spacious gated resort. The Marina Hotel is a 4 storey building at one edge. A shuttle service is necessary to get to the restaurant and activity areas which are about 2Km away
These shuttle vehicles must be summoned by phone. These vehicles are high and awkward. I am 70 and could not manage the steps up. If you are over 30 and even slightly heavy you will struggle. Shuttle buses only operate within the resort. Taxis are expensive and not always reliable at night. In the restaurant Thai food is OK. With English food, reheating is the method. A really disappointing Burger, arrived in 10 minutes. A small burger was buried at the bottom. Thai food is much better quality. Lovely bay area near restaurant with swimming pool and child facilities. My biggest complaint is the so called shuttle buses and distance from hotel.
