Perfect location and valued services

Very very large room with unobstructed view of the city. Great amenity and an amazing breakfast buffet. Very hospital staffs. Definitly a must stay in Yilan. We used Yilan as a base and took the train to Hualin to visit the Taroko National Park. This hotel locates about a km away from Yilan train station, best to go with a short taxi ride.

If the bed sheets can change more often will be better

Very very clean and modern hotel. Like a museum. We were told there is a street separate the two building and we are aware. It could be too hot to walk across for some, though we were offered shuttle bus one time, never seen it again when we want to use it. Pool tile are missing and could be a safety issue. Kids car ride and game room hour is limited. Online communication is straightly in English, and could be difficult for some. Asked for special sized bath rope but wasn’t offered.

Staff, breakfast

Breakfast was great and the staff super friendly

Upon drop-off by taxi, staff members from concierge obtain our luggage and delivered to lobby. Another staff member escorted us to receptionist/lobby area. Wonderful coordination. We were served fresh tea and a warm towel to refresh in the sweltering heat. There were also staff members in front of elevators to get them ready for us. Already we know the stay was worth it! The rooms are clean, we had a balcony and in-room hot mineral spring bath. So refreshing! On the bottom floor had a children's area, family entertainment room, water pool play area, and a separate men/ women hot springs. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning and the servers/cooks/ table attendees were wonderful and helpful such as getting baby high chair. Fun things to do evening time when Shuishe/Ita Thao closed was free entertainment different shows each night. Very pleasant! We took advantage of free shuttle and bus ticket ride to explore Sun Moon Lake. We will be back! Thank you for making my birthday memorable!

The hotel was clean and tidy. But the condition of the room I stayed in had me debating my choice. The wall paper was peeling and created large gaps in many areas throughout the room. Bathroom corners, top and bottom had moldy appearance same near the bed areas. All three nights I stayed there it was raining and there was a leak coming from the top of my window. I paid more for the space in my room which I got but was not happy about its condition

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The value for the price is exceptional, especially considering the wonderful selection offered at the breakfast buffet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nangang. Thank you!

Good location next to Jiantan station and easy walk to Shilin night market. We use this neighborhood as a jump-off point for hikes in or north of Taipei. Rooms could use more than one small drawer for clothes
