Clean rooms
Friendly staff (especially evening)
Quiet
Could do better:
Eerily dark corridors at night
No irons and ironing boards in rooms
Mediocre, and expensive, breakfast
Credit card reader at kiosk refused to accept any of my Canadian cards - friendly staff was quick to help
Very dodgy area - I would not walk around the area alone at night

You have many dining options around the hotel super convenient transportation less than 3 minutes to main train station 10
Minutes walk to shopping area which is a plus cause it’s quiet around the hotel if around the shopping area it would be always crowded and loud so it’s the best option always happy to revisit

We absolutely loved this hotel stay! Staff was wonderful. They treated our son like a prince! Close to train station, cathedral, shopping, and dining. Will stay here again for sure!
