Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I’d love it would have parking included, or at least a discount for the 24-hour parking lot across the street in the parking garage for customers.

We had the best stay ever at Casagrand. The room was sublime. We are coming back for sure. Angela and Hugo were amazing and assisted with every query we had. We'll be back soon!

With a super location to explore Lisbon, the hotel provides luxurious comfort at the end of a day of walking. Our twin room was airy, bright and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was great and worth upgrading the stay. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite and sincerely wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Book it. You wont be disappointed!

My mom and I had a great stay at Hotel da Baixa during our trip to Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, which made our travel days much less stressful, and they were also very helpful with our luggage. One thing we really appreciated was how safe the hotel felt. The doors remain locked and there is staff available at the front desk 24 hours a day, which gave us peace of mind coming back in the evenings. The location was also ideal. We were able to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants around Lisbon, which made exploring the city very convenient. The only small thing to note is that because the hotel is located along a bus and tram route, Ubers can’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel. However, it’s only a short walk and didn’t impact our stay much. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Lisbon.

This hotel stay was fantastic - we loved every second of it! The hotel was clean, accommodating, and impressive. The staff was the nicest I’ve encountered and did their best to cater to our every need. The rooftop bar was super cool and the breakfast was phenomenal. Will be visiting again!

Great location; renovated historic building. The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed the free Porto wine and afternoon high tea with the delicious “pastel de mata.” The breakfast had a variety of fruit, pastries and hot items besides juices annd espresso and cappuccino. The staff was friendly and helpful.
