Amazing staff and great options for transportation nearby. I had a lovely stay here for the second time.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend. We paid a little extra for the superior room and it was worth the extra in my opinion. It was very spacious and comfortable. The room was nice and cool even though it was 30c outside. There is a bus stop behind the hotel. We caught a bus there that took us directly into town. The journey took 35 minutes. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The bed pillows were the comfiest I've ever experienced in a hotel. I'd love to know if they are available to buy somehow? The one negative of the stay was the check-in terminals. They were very slow to use. I like that the option of using them is there, but the way they are setup makes it look like you have to use them even though there are people available at reception to help. We would definitely stay again in the near future.

Had a delay flight and had to stay another day. I was stressed beyond imagine but got to the hotel and able to check in several hours early I got to my room and was impressed by actual working AC, and min fridge because my other hotel I stayed at that shall not be named gave me a preview on temperatures in hell. If I ever have a delay in my trip I will stay here again.

Great location to everything Amsterdam has to offer for a visitor. Staff were great, helped with parking loading and unloading luggage. Rooms are very unique, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

Unfortunately it was quite hot whilst we were there, and the hotel doesn't have Air-conditioning, so we didn't sleep for the first few nights. Also, the pool and spa were closed, which seemed crazy in the middle of summer. The hotel is stunningly beautiful thought, such vintage charm.

My red flag is that they should have breakfast included with the price and not as an extra. But also there were fruit flies flying around the bread but whatever there are starving children that would be grateful otherwise. I’m a simple customer and I make the best out all my experiences. The neighborhood around is beautiful. It’s convenient that the location is midpoint between Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach. The shower was good and I slept like a newborn. Staff were sweethearts though. My only thing is that for a family of four with two kids, expect to pay 45 euro extra, that’s two buffets and two continental breakfasts. Also don’t use the toilet downstairs if you have to go number 2, it’s clogged. I would stay again if the price is right and breakfast is actually included and not extra.

Great food with a good amount of options. Staff were talkative and very kind.

The property is in THE perfect location for museums, parks, restaurants, entertainment, etc. This summer was particularly hot and the room doesn’t have air conditioning, but cools down nicely at night and with the provided fan. If you’re used to travel in Europe this isn’t an issue. Some may opt for another hotel at the expense of proximity—which is mistake. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean and designed to to do exactly what they are intended to do: sleep, wash up, and get out and see the beautiful city. Don’t be so precious. Danke je wel
