This was a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It only gets a 4 out of 5 because there was no a/c and if we used the kitchen there would have been an additional charge, which we were not aware of. Otherwise, it suited us perfectly. Very clean and comfortable.

This is an excellent historical property. It has been painstakingly restored and is both comfortable and elegant. We really enjoyed our time here, the bed was one of his not the most comfortable that we have slept on in the two months that we've been on the road. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is excellent but a bit pricey.

Large and clean rooms. Not all rooms have an AC. Problem with breakfast - we came at 9:15 and were told that the eggs run out. Pastries were cold and the variety is poor.

A perfect Loire Valley chateau experience. We had a lovely room , enjoyed the breakfast and we close to many sites to visit
