Cerkno Ski Beach Vacations

It’s a weak 3 star hotel. It seems the hallways are fairly newly renovated. Rooms beg for a facelift. Loose the once burgundy or brownish or whatever color carpet. Beds/mattresses are thin. We were just passing by and this one showed up on our radar. Did the job, we slept and left as soon as woke up. Staff was OK.

Pros: Spacious, all necessary basic equipments are there. Bed and linen were neat and clean Washing machine and cloth rack available Small lawn area also attached to the room Cons: For some reason there were a lot of house flies in the room The shower head was not functioning properly - only the overhead one worked the hand held one didn’t work. In the washroom, there isnt a proper separation on the floor between shower area and the rest of the bathroom so the water ends up spilling outside. Other than this, all good.

Clean and spacious room - would visit again :)

It was very hot but there was AC issue in our room and it took quite a bit of time to resolve the same Also in the evening there was some fire emergency and we had to cancel our booking for dinner at their B restaurant at the very last minute as it was shut down because of some electrical issue. Also they didn’t serve any hot food for breakfast today as there was issue in their kitchen due to electrical issue yesterday evening. Would have expected some discount in their rates when we checked out but it was not so.
