Great stay at Vienna Hotel! Perfect central location near the Canton Fair, with plenty of shops and sights nearby. The front desk was warm and welcoming—check-in was fast and easy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. As a business traveler with family, I really appreciated the thoughtful service throughout. We loved everything and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Guangzhou!

深夜に到着してチェックインしようとしましたが、約40分も待たされたうえ、「部屋が空いていない」と言われ、別のホテルに案内されました。
しかし、そのホテルはとても不潔で、非常に不快な思いをしました。
もう二度と予約しません。

The lobby fragrance is soothing, and the service is attentive right from the moment you enter.
The room is clean and tidy with great attention to detail. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation is excellent, and the sleeping experience is perfect.
The smart facilities are easy to use, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality.
The staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are efficient.
The surrounding facilities are complete and transportation is convenient.
Overall, it is comfortable, elegant, with great service and high cost-performance ratio.
It is suitable for both business trips and travel. Full score!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and everything was quiet at night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and checked in on us nicely. Great location and good value for money. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
