Swimming pool needs some work but besides that everything else is good to go

Really nice pool and garden. Rooms clean and pleasant, with very comfortable beds. Staff were hit and miss, some friendly and helpful, others not so. Breakfast was OK. Not a buffet style as expected but you were offered a menu to select options. The entrance was a little underwhelming and could be more welcoming as this is the first impression and there was often bits of litter here and there which slightly spoilt the vibe. It would have taken little effort to clear and tidy the entrance area. We had to ask several times for room supplies and a bulb for the reading lamp, which never appeared.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish and elegant interior that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the boutique character gives it a much more personal feel than a large hotel. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of choice to start the day. Overall, a fantastic experience. The combination of exceptional staff, beautiful surroundings, and excellent food made our stay truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special boutique hotel experience.

Getting old needs money spent on it. Predominately Chinese. Not ideal for westerners

Location 5/5. Property very good, but the Mekong suites don’t have a view on Mekong (unless you try very hard :). But the room itself was very comfortable. Acoustics isolation is limited so bring earplugs if you need them. Sometimes you may have some issues with the communication - all staff is very helpful but not always fluent enough in English. It’s 4 1/2 stars

This was such a relaxing hotel. Highly recommend. They look after everything. Hotel felt like such a treat
