The room was clean but not enough hangers and drawers to store clothes. We have to dig in to our luggage every time. Staff were super and breakfast was excellent.

We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.
