Overall I had a great stay, the only thing I suggest to improve the lighting in the bathroom , very poor, everything else in the room was great

We always enjoy staying at Planet Hollywood and this time did not disappoint. Great service, great concert and amazing fun. We will definitely be back soon.

Really great spot. Love the low key aesthetic and cool design. The tiles in the bar area are great. Nice breakfast spot by pool, and beach club is outstanding. Only small issue is there were a bunch of loud little kids shouting and cannon-balling into the pool. Super disruptive to the peaceful setting and zero was done to ask the kids to chill just a bit. Overall - super spot and renovation has made it a gem again.

If you’re staying at the Westgate I think you know what you want and what you’re in for. Room and casino were clean, but we stayed there for the metro access and cheaper rates. I’ll say that the staff were all friendly and did great jobs, my only true complaint is the typical way they try to “talk” to you to get you in for a time-share/vacation club pitch. Lie and say you’re under 26 or whatever the cutoff is.

Nice clean room. It was an easy walk to Downtown Disney.

The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. It was not really fancy, but it was clean and I only slept there so it served my needs.
