Wonderful staff, Victorian style rooms, excellent restaurant and bar. Always a delight to stay there.

I stayed an extra night bc I loved it so much!

Friendly welcome. Nice room with large bed. Great amenities and Nespresso coffee with fresh milk in fridge. Quiet with little outside noise but the sink gurgled at all hours. Nice free champagne on rooftop.

10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt.

Staff was lovely. Appreciated the breakfast and laundry facilities. One of the lifts was broken for most of our visit and that was challenging.

We loved our Christmastime stay at the Langham. The location is excellent for seeing Christmas lights and the panto, the room was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful with things like getting a taxi, etc.
