The entire staff were some of the best. Olga at guest relations was amazing as well as everyone who worked the front desk.Dining room staff also excellent. Hotel was great

Amazing property right in the center of Reykjavik's tourist strip. Everything from the Kolaportið Flea Market to the iconic Hallgrimskirkja was in walking distance. Perfect to go grab souvenirs and good food, spend some time in a hot tub, and get a peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend the Top Floor Balcony rooms! The balconies are connected & wrap around, so you can get a Full 360 view of the city (and maybe the Aurora!) just by stepping outside.

The room was clean and comfortable. The tower view over the harbour was a real plus

Location - walking distance to central area Staff - extremely welcoming, helpful and wonderful tot all to Room - modern and clean Spa - much needed after a day in the cold Bar - nice touch with seating around the fireplace

Everything was on point and what you would expect.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast, the rooms, the all day coffee, , cleanliness, games in the lobby….everything was perfect. The location was in Midtown not downtown, but it was a very easy bus ride anywhere you needed to go. Also many tour companies pick up right in front of the building.

The Ava apartments are ideally located for walking exploration around Reykjavik. We had a short challenge getting the access code to work and arrived before the cleaner was finished but it wasn’t a long wait. The street noise can be heard but just being in Reykjavik was such a treat.

It’s very clean but the room is quite small.
