Wish there were more restaurant options nearby.

They only serve meals at certain times. No bar. Everything was extra extra like spa, happy hour, pools, etc. Very overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

As expected. Never disappoints

Good hotel

Our visit was kind of a mixed bag. Mandalay Bay is well-maintained - everything looks great throughout the property, and the room was really nice and clean. The only facility issues were that the shower handle was kind of pulled out from the wall showing an exposed pipe and the sinks made quiet gurgling noises occasionally (neither of which was a big deal). The shortfall really came from the staff. We reserved a King bed for a mini-staycation away from the kids, but they ran out and gave us a QQ room with zero apology. It was my husband's bday so we asked if there was anything we could do. We agreed to take an accessible King, only to arrive at the room and find we were still in a QQ. Tried to call the front desk with no answer. At that point it wasn't worth it to walk back downstairs with our bags so we just stayed where we were. Starting with the front desk agent who checked us in, not a single employee was friendly to us until the VERY end of our stay when we met an extremely nice server at the pool. I work in hospitality so I'm very easy to please. The service industry is tough, and I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt and be understanding of the fact that it might just be an off day for them. It just seems like Mandalay Bay hasn't been focused on service, which is really disappointing when you're using hard-earned cash for a special occasion.

Amazed with this hotel, it’s absolutely stunning for the price point and what you’re getting! In my case we booked a Premium Suite 1 Bedroom With A balcony, and WOW it was amazing! The whole kitchen with the island and a wine fridge and dishwasher too! Comes with pots, pans, forks, glass cups, etc- which is neat! Also on the sliding door behind are a dryer and washer stacked. Living room, amazing, with big TV and a projector which was very cool with the speakers above! Automatic blind/shades from ceiling to floor. Also the lights switch’s (some) are slide ur finger to adjust the lighting (dim) nice too! BALCONY! AMWAZINGGGGG! Wow such amazing view towards the MGM and Luxor Hotel, odd number rooms face the other side! Spacious balcony with couch seats, nice too! Bedroom with also TV and power shades/ blinds, super nice with access to bathroom (siding door) and very big bed! Bathroom was amazing too, although I wished it came with the tub as shown in the picture! But no big deal and the sliding door wouldn’t lock because the locking lock doesn’t lock/fit correctly! But no big deal! Super nice still! And toilet heats up and sprays :) And yeah pretty much it, amazing room will book again in the future and very very satisfied, very worth it, great for small little calm family reunion/ party! (Don’t take my word, but probably is fine or not) but the space gives that opportunity! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks Elara and our housekeeper! Very much appreciated!
