Overall, it was an okay hotel stay with some positives and some areas that could be improved. The front desk staff weren’t particularly welcoming, which made the initial experience less pleasant. The hot tub and sauna also come with an additional $50 fee, which felt expensive considering the overall stay. The gym is extremely small and has limited space. The breakfast, at $30 per person, was disappointing and became repetitive after a couple of days. On the positive side, the dinner restaurant and bar were actually quite good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with daily housekeeping. The location was also decent and convenient. Overall, it was a fine stay, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the service and value of the amenities and breakfast.

Bed bugs! All of us being bitten and we caught two bed bugs on our beds! I tried to contact the host and no answers. Since it’s 1am, we have no other places to go. Our next day’s plan is ruined because we need rest. It’s awful experience!We have to sit in chairs the whole night. I tried again contacting the host during morning. No answers yet! This is unacceptable and we request a full refund!

Everything seemed to be in order for a typical stay. You're not really within walking distance of the main shopping districts and the view out the window was right over a traffic circle so you're getting noise all night. The place was clean and I liked that they had setup a full dining room table setup with plates. That was a nice touch. Checkout was at 10:00AM, not 11:00AM. Wasn't too much of a bother as we were planning to exit at 10:15AM anyway, but I thought we had that extra hour. Directions to the unit were confusing. They went to great lengths to provide a very detailed writeup of how to get into the unit with the door passcode. However, we did get confused, and used the pass code to get into the unit only to find out that they were using the same passcode for two different buildings. So we thought we were in the right building, opened the door to our unit, and there's some family sitting there looking at us. So then I called and they picked up and guided us to the correct building. Lastly, they say parking is always available. I'm not sure what they mean by that as it's not always available. I had to park quite a distance away.

Great location with all the basics and breakfast as well. Everything is in walking distance, including many tours. If you get the before check in, there's ample luggage storage.

Clean and close to the airport. Just what was needed. Communication was great and check in was easy.

This boutique hotel had many amenities, including a restaurant for a breakfast buffet, which was included with our room rate. It also had a nice bar and restaurant for dinner. We loved that it was close to the airport and with free transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life

Breakfast was expensive and nothing hot unless you toasted the bread. Very sparse, one kind of cheese, two lunch meats, and two cereal choices. Definitely not worth the $42 US for two!!
