Verde Island All inclusive Vacations

Front desk staffs are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful.. We had a great staycations for 2 nights at Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati.

Amazing suite, pool is first class, too may restaurants in the hotel that I did not get to eat at all of them. Will stay again!

Large hotel and very helpfull staff and so strongly recommended as a hotel visit. Some of the rooms are in need of refurbishing to bring hotel up to night standard

We didn't buy breakfast meal.

Our room power was off I don’t know what time as when I woke up in the morning i was sweating. Had to call maintenance to check and fix our electcity in the room. At night time I called for complementary water so I can take my medication in the morning but it did not come so my medication administration was late. My check in time was also terrible as member in our group is only 17 years old and the other 2 members were nith of legal age how ever they want to call the parents for parents consent. I asked why the 18 years old and the 19 years old need parents consent if they are already of legal age. Finalky they allow us to check in but i was put on the spot as my reservation is not refundanle and they were saggesting that I schouls check in to the next jotel in the vicinity. I tried to plead if they can allow us to check in as we came so far. Finally we have to contact the mother of the 17 years old to give concent so we can just stay in the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Pandora's Nest! The complimentary amenities were a lovely touch - eggs, rice, water, snacks, and chocolate for the kids made us feel right at home. Everything was easily accessible, and I enjoyed my morning coffee without having to step out. The instant coffee and water boiler kettle were great perks. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even helped us find a parking spot for a minimal fee and hooked us up easily with WIFI! We explored the area and found some great affordable restaurants, like the SM food court, which was just a less than 5-minute drive away. We also did some grocery shopping at Alfa Mart, which was conveniently located near the building. The kids had a blast at the playground in the nearby park, and we enjoyed the night market, which was lively and fun. The location was great, with easy access to CCF via jeepney, and electric cart rides available if needed. The warm water shower was a treat, and the place smelled great! Mr. Jack set the bar high - the place we next booked, didn't quite match up.

Kitchen is complete with utensils and the penthouse is clean check in process is easy and the host is very pleasant and very accomodating with oir questions. Parking fee is reasonable. Love that the penthouse has 2 balconies. Thank you for making our stay memorable family of 7

We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.
