Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again but call first to find out if dining venues are open.

The staff , room, and location were excellent! Would definitely recommend.

Travelled with my 16 year old daughter, room was clean, bathroom big, shower was powerful, shower gel/shampoo/soap/toothbrush supplied. Water supplied in mini fridge as well as kettle with tea/coffee. Black out curtains and a quiet road so we slept pretty well. We stayed 2 nights half board, both meals were buffet. Wherever I go food is important as we are vegetarian. We had plenty to fill our bellies. Breakfast- salad, fruit, cold meats n cheese, pastries, bread, bacon, eggs, sausages, fritata, yoghurt, cereals, selection of juices and coffee. Dinner- always a margarita pizza, fish dish and a meat dish along with lots of mediterranean vegetables and two pasta dishes. Both appeared to be vegetarian, wasn't sure though as no labelling. Always salad cold meats n cheese and bread too. Only water to drink though included with dinner. Very nice cake and tiramisu for dessert. Staff were all very nice, all front of house have very good english. Only thing worth improving is the labelling of the food. Selva de mar metro station/tram stop 10 mins walk.

We had a great stay at the property. The check-in went really well. Staff was really helpful and accommodating our time at the property went perfectly fine. Everyone was friendly. Check out went well and again check out was very accommodating with us although we had a late flight and will definitely revisit the property. This is our fourth visit.

Clean room great staff

The room was wonderful and the hotel staff was SUPER-HELPFUL in assisting us in finding great restaurants and in finding where we needed to go to take our tours. They were very friendly and helpful.

Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades.

Gym is obviously very small, only elliptical, bike, and couple of machines no free weight dumb bells or treadmill. Breakfast was pretty good although could have more variety, sometimes eggs were a bit gelled, not many options for meat or cheese. The only other thing was that when the air conditioning was used it made the whole room smell like sulfur, I don't know if this is just because the A/C unit is not used a lot or it was a mechanical issue. We would come back to the room after being out all day (not using the air) and it would still have a smell in the room after returning.
