Osaka (OSA) to Frankfurt (FRA)
9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
It's not a "luxury" hotel. They won't provide room service until the 3rd day (citing eco friendly excuses). The staff was friendly. A couple of our pillows had stains. The bed was nice. It was winter and the room was hot without the heater running. When we turned on the "AC" It took 3 hours to feel a temperature difference and didn't hold throughout the night.
Overall. It's a high three to a low four star hotel. Which I think the price covers well. The price is appropriate for what you get (90-120 a night)

8/10 Very Good! (1,005 reviews)
Location is close to train station but in a sketchy area. Room had bed bugs. We were given another room which also had bed bugs and were not comfotable staying at this property, we had to find another hotel at 2am. Staff was helpful but couldn’t speak english which made it difficult during the situation. We did receive a refund from the hotel as expedia pushed for one. Would not recommend staying here

Nice hotel for the price. Excellent proximity; it's walkable to the central station, which is great for a day or two. No water in the room, and the staff were mechanical; there is a lot of room to improve customer service.
