Clean! Warm bathroom floors!! Helpful front desk.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff and nice ambiance in hotel restaurant/bar. Well located near all the main attractions. We had a great stay!

This would have been 3 stars or less had it not been for the amenities and staff kindness. The check in was supposed to be prioritized when we arrived early, but they could not accommodate an early room. However when we arrived again at the normal check in time, the room still was not ready and we waited an additional hour before it was ready which was difficult because have two young children and had to entertain them in the bar area since it was too cold to play outside. But they gave complimentary drinks and the room was fantastic when it became ready. Turndown service and the quality/cleanliness were top notch.

Business hotel and very good at that sort of stay indeed. A bit far from central Munich but walk to S-Bahn easy with nearby shopping. Friendly and efficient staff.

Loved the room and beautiful balcony! Breakfast was delicious! Close to downtown for restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay there again!

Check out time was early due to the hotel closing for Christmas

Great location. The room was ok, good bathroom. They never came at night to freshened up the room before bedtime
