AMAZING hotel right in the center of the action. Such great amenities and treats for your stay! Delicious breakfast daily and nightly happy hour with snacks! Everyone there goes above and beyond! When I’m back in Lisbon I will enjoy it again! Def 5 stars!!!! They made me feel like family!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making everything so easy for us. The room itself was bright, airy, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. To top it off, the cleanup crew did an amazing job cleaning the room daily, keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and friendly staff

This Hotel is in a wonderful location very close to the town and the hotel staff are super helpful in organising Bus tickets /Trams /Boat tour etc . We asked the hotel to book two private tours and this was one of the highlights of our 7 day trip to Lisbon , the tour guides on both occasions were amazing , we saw so much more than what we could have done going solo . The buses are very local to the hotel and a stunning church behind the hotel as a beautiful back drop . The food in the hotel was to a very high standard, delicious breakfast buffets . Gluten free was no problem for the Hotel .All the reception staff were truly delightful . I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would recommend you booking transport direct from the Hotel as Taxi's are expensive as we learnt double the price when we arrived .

The room was a good size and having a fridge was definitely a plus.

No observed reason this hotel calls itself five stars. Rated three stars by us due to answere to questions about services in the area, laundry and money change, being innaccurate or outdated; and 2) no ice available for room other than room service 8 euro plus 15 euro tax" per policy. This fee applied to ice taken out of restaurant too. Ridiculous. It is a nice basic 4 star hotel.
