Friendly and professional staff, overall clean facilities and great location. The fitness facilities are very limited and there was a power outage at the time that further limited functionality.

Location is CBD. Very convenience but there is a clubhouse nearby open till 3 AM

Room was great. The hotel seems under staffed and some staff were clearly confused.

Excellent boutique hotel that was clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a walk up and down a hill or steps to get to the waterfront area but I think this is true for most of Wellington. The buffet breakfast was quite nice as was the staff.

Clean and comfortable, good service , friendly helpful staff. Restaurant breakfast was excellent and dinners were all delicious . The pool and sauna were fine. Location is quiet . We did not like the glass sliding door to the bathroom which is “open” on each edge so personal noise privacy compromised. A modern trend which is frankly quite awful. There is no toilet brush? Why not ? It is 10 minutes walk to Cuba Street and buses. . 15 minutes to Te Papa , 40 minutes to The Beehive However. we would stay again and due to a change in personal circumstances we did increase the length of our stay.

Clean spacious room with lovely view of harbour. Close to centre of city and transport as well as quay front. Staff friendly and helpful.
