Nice place, delightful staff

The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent.

Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that.

The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near Galaxy Mall.

Vasa Hotel is very clean and has a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere. The decorations were always on point and added to the overall elegant feel of the hotel. As for the food, I only tried the breakfast buffet, but everything I had was delicious with a good variety of options. I didn’t use the spa or the gym, though I did see the gym facilities and they looked very well equipped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only small challenge was a bit of a language barrier at times, as some staff members had limited English. Overall, I had a great stay and really don’t have any complaints.

The hotel and staff were awesome. In some areas only gave a 4 star rating because our room smell wasn't good. I'm not sure if it was only our room though. Maybe should have asked for a different room. Maybe it was because of the humidity. But very strong unpleasant smell.

Everything about this hotel was great. I had no issues with anything. Definitely recommend this hotel.
