Isla del Puerto All inclusive Vacations

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops. Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City.

My only complaints are: There was what appeared to be some sort of vomit or maybe food on the rug in our room. The rugs/carpet in general could use a cleaning or replacing. The pool could be open a bit longer. It closes at sunset. They also need a blender to make blended drinks! The staff is amazing. They are polite, professional, friendly, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the concierge, valet, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew to the bartender and spa staff. They truly make your stay top notch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The resort is very close to the ocean, though the photos are a bit misleading since they make it look like you just go out the door onto the beach. It’s about a mile walk to get there. The massage therapist was amazing. They bring everything to your room and tailor the massage to your preferences. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay again!

Loud construction noise is all you hear till 5:00

Amazing stay. Great service. Very convenient and a great location. We loved it so much we are hoping to be apart of the Nashville property once it opens. Thank you to everyone we had the pleasure of meeting. Till next time.

Great location. Easy parking. Majority of staff were really friendly & helpful; sadly a couple we encountered on the morning of our check out were down right rude. Fantastic drinks served in the lounge, breakfast drinks selection good, breakfast food average.

Wonderful hotel and casino, lots of food options, great free parking, staff were wonderful, highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. 1st of all was my room was very clean and spacious. I did experience a maintenance issue on night one, and after letting the front desk know they arranged to not only move me to another room but upgraded me to an executive suite. Check in was speedy. The monorail was convenient and the indoor connection to the Paris hotel made it a short walk. The Horsepool opened late one day but we also had access to the Paris pool . I also enjoyed that the air was not filled with smoke. I would define stay here again .

The 3rd floor newly opened Mexican food restaurant is the best. Valet parking is the best. Four seasons this one is truly great and I will return soon
