Excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, and great food as a bonus. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Amir and Mattias in particular and Henrik in the spa. Nice sized rooms. Great location very central. Rooftop pool was cool. Could have more loungers at the pool and in the spa.

Initial room was very small so we upgraded to a larger room with was very sufficient. In town for the Gothia Cup soccer tournament, so location offered easy access to public transit. Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. I would stay again. Very pleased overall.

Hairdryer was that old style one attached to the wall that didn't work - it kept switching off. It was only when I was checking out the staff told me that there was a hairdryer in the wardrobe which due to the old one in the bathroom i didnt realise this. In hindsight I should haev told them about the hairdryer but I also think that those old style hairdryers should be removed from the bathrooms - it is 2026.

Great hotel in a great spot of Gothenburg. Clean room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back
