Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel with an 8.9/10 guest review. I’d say 4/10. The walls are paper thin, the tile grout everywhere was dirty. The lobby, the room, the shower, all tile grout wasn’t dirty looking. The outside areas were nice, but I’d skip this place.

This hotel was a real gem. Situated in the center of Rome, a couple of minutes away from Trevi fountain and Pantheon, getting to and from the hotel was a breeze. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The design of the room and hotel in general was beautiful. Super clean and very well maintained. Delicious breakfast. We had absolutely zero complaints and endless compliments about the property.
