If i could give a rating of one hundred stars I would. Service is absolutely top notch on every level, from the moment you walk in being greeted by personable staff to housekeeping and room service. Cleanliness standards are very high, as well as all amenities. Restaurant is also beyond excellent, if only a bit pricey. However, that should be expected when one dines at this top-notch restaurant whose food is excellent and whose waitstaff makes you feel at home. This is MY home in New York. If you book here, you’d feel similarly.

Fantastic view, excellent breakfast that had a wide variety and plentiful; excellent hot coffee. My room was kept clean, bedding changed daily, towels were replenished and I didn't even have to ask. This place is a Winner!!

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff!

Great place with everything you need! Beautiful pools! Rooms were very nice!

Overall it was a great stay. I just think they can do better at cleaning the rooms. There was hair almost everywhere. But other than that everything was fine. There’s no fridge or microwave in the room. The bed was nice & comfortable. & I enjoyed my stay.
