Amazing views of the Petronas Towers, great rooftop pool & 20min walk to malls/restaurants. Host Shohedul was very helpful with check in/check out - & airport transfers were great.

I stayed here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for relaxing and getting away from the busy city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Amazing stay. However the hotel is almost outdated even though is very comfortable. Staff were great except the newer staff which is foreign staff. Hardly understand Bahasa and limited English. Came during weekend and school holiday. Its very crowded but the staff managed patrons professionally. I might return again maybe during non peak with less crowd.
