Super comfortable room, great location, and welcoming vibe.
Just one criticism: I loved the cuddly cod and wanted to take one home but they are far too expensive (400 DKK / £46). I get Denmark is a pricey country but that still seems a little much.

Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers.

The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating. The price of the mini bar was ludicrous and for a 5* we expected a bit more inclusive as part of our stay. A lovely place in the heart of Copenhagen.
