Great location, lovely room, great breakfast. Unfortunately, our room was next to a service door which got pretty busy and noisy from 7am.

This is a really good option on a separate island but everything is within walking distance. The best thing about this hotel is the outdoor area, lovely restaurant and the seating where you can relax with a drink, it’s very calm. That said, the rooms are very small, staff are not really interested in providing any service, on occasion some were rude. One thing to note is that in the long summer evenings there are boy racers who drive fast on Skeppsholmen island, causing a lot of noise. Would return only if the rate was decent.

Room too small for two people. Two dangerous steps down into the room immediately at entrance. Carpet stained. Mirrors dirty. Poor housekeeping. Mould on signage in bathroom. Despite asking for room change offered an identical size room on the next floor. Staff member in bar extremely rude. Definitely not 5 star Hotel more akin to a poor 3 star.

I really loved this hotel for three reasons. First, it is super convenient. It is located in the city center, close to the Metro station and within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Second, the hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. Lastly, everyone we met, from the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, was friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend Victory Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Stockholm.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We got there early and just wanted them to hold our bags and they let us check in hours early no problem since the room was available. I also had to make a change to the reservation because of an emergency and they were very accommodating. Excellent customer service Will definitely be back.

Lovely property in a great location. It was a very busy weekend and I had a single room at a very high price. The bathroom was just redone and spacious. The room itself was so tiny - not great value for money but I suspect at normal prices it’s better. You really have to be in bed if you’re in the room. Helpful friendly staff and good amenities (very nice towels and linens.

There were plus and minus. the rooms are from a past era. It was exciting to live in historic building. There were no handicap rooms. perhaps description should clearly state. our room 106 was difficult to bring in heavy luggage. the room shade was missing, which in summer when sun comes up at 3am is not workable the bathroom door would not close completely, the beds were very soft and sagging. there is no elevator for upstairs or downstairs rooms the buffet breakfast was good but food items ran out if we came after 8 am opening. Okay this was July when staff is on semester. workout room was with very limited equipment. It was pet friendly which made for barking dogs when left in rooms. If the manager was there which she was on semester, we would have moved out.

We had a late checkin and the hotel told us to inform the late arrival for key collection procedures as no one will be at the front desk. We informed them of late arrival. After 4 phone calls and 3 mail, no procedure for late arrival. Each time we called they said they will provide the instruction in the next few hours. No reply to the mail. They just spoiled our day of check in keeping us in very uncertain state.
