Fiumicino is not a place to stay, especially on a Monday when most places are closed, but the hotel was a clean and pleasant oasis.

9/10 Wonderful! (901 reviews)
Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant and bar pricey but good quality with amazing views.
If you are promised a complimentary gift in the room speak to the hotel at the start of your stay if it isn't there on arrival Don't assume it will eventually turn up like we did.
Overall would very much recommend.

7.8/10 Good! (962 reviews)
Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Our driver in the morning asked for €30,00 but the hotel booking and emails from the hotel clearly stated it was €25,00.
The room was warm and the air conditioner unit didn’t work efficiently. But the bed was comfortable and I actually slept well.
Would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles.
The room could use some upgrades and some thorough dusting. Also the lighting was quite dim throughout. Too dim for my aging eyes.

Stuff was friendly and ok. Shower was terrible. 5min shower needs 10min. No pressure at all. Washing my hair was nitemere! Smells like mole around gym. So bad to breath. Allergy kicked in.
