Istanbul All inclusive Vacations

Room is spacious and clean. Towel quality poor. Shower drain semi clogged, soap and towel racks loose. The smart touch light switch is not friendly. parking space is very limited for invite large gathering.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The amenities are lovely. The food is excellent. The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. The courtesy and etiquette of the staff is world class. We are grateful to them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful.

Loved the hotel, room, staff, location, view from room and roof, and breakfast offerings and setting. Only issue is that I got food poisoning and based on timing I think it was something at breakfast.

Every member of staff was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt safe. Food was great. Concierge was also great at making recommendations where to go. I was travelling solo and as a female sometimes I am cautious however it was a home away from home. Special thanks to Gamze at breakfast so attentive and recommended where to fix my broken nail. I would definitely recommend to anyone who asks where to stay in Taksim.

Great, fresh breakfast spread. Room was clean. Then only disappointing part was that we booked two rooms and the room with three beds for our kids was larger was bigger with a bigger en-suite than our room/washroom with the king bed. Having said that, location was amazing (central to all major attraction Kanin sultanahmet) and staff was extremely helpful.
