Another huge thank-you to Hazem from guest services — his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. And I can’t forget Safy from the photography team. Although there was a scheduling conflict that initially left me a bit frustrated, Safy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She completely turned the situation around and made the experience enjoyable and memorable — a true testament to top-notch service recovery.
