Wonderful stay at The Five Villas & Resort. The private villa and pool were beautiful, the beachfront location is perfect, and the service was excellent. The barbecue experience at the villa was the best relaxing, delicious, and perfectly arranged. Also, a very special thank you for the surprise birthday cake - such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return!

The staff was super friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived, during the stay and until the day we left. Special shout out to Brian Dinh who was in the charge of the guests for the villas in which we had an awesome 3 bedrooms with an oceanfront picture perfect view. He made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only was I convinced that we needed to come back.for the accommodation but definitely for the top service we received. Rooms were kept clean everyday from housekeeping and the food was quite delicious. I recommend to pay a bit more and stay in the villas. Will not regret it~

Very poorly managed and maintained. I felt sorry for the staff that tried to provide good service. Landscaping and common areas have deteriorated. Rooms not cleaned properly (floors). Kitchens have no dishes or cutlery, bathrooms have no towel hooks/rails. Few sunbeds. Poor location.

Big modern hotel across from beautiful beach. Ocean front rooms are a must. Breakfast buffet is huge with many excellent selections. Lots of restaurants, spas etc in the area.

Located near many shops, restaurants and beach. Comfortable rooms. Nice pool. Very good buffet breakfast included. Staff always helpful

The room I stayed in was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool offered a panoramic view of the city that was gorgeous at night when the city lights came on. Would absolutely recommend people stay and will be staying again when in Da Nang

Our Ocean view rooms at 15th floor did not disappoint with great views of the beautiful beach, paragliding beach activities. Breakfast was good, especially from staff "Thu Hien" who always serve with a smile, she even goes the extra miles to serve extra hot tea and peel rambutans for guests. Room shower glass panel was faulty that cannot close tight with water splashing out, we have to be careful to not spray shower towards glass door direction. Pillow are too bouncy high, no extra pillow but we have to cope, could have provided a mix of firm and soft pillow. Location was excellent, look forward to visit again and hopefully improved on the negative points by then.
