Enjoyed the breakfast selection

When we asked for another room because the a/c, telephone and internet is not working the housekeeper/maintenance slam the door at us and didn’t comeback. I NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM 6th FLOOR TO REPORT AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM! The room that was provided with us was splashed with alcohol, smell was too strong that it made me dizzy. I WIL NOT COME BACK IN THIS FILTHY CHEAP HOTEL/MORE LIKE A MOTEL!

Good location. Especially for a Korean visa application. Rooms are good. Service good. Windows filthy do no view. Elevators had some problems. Maybe they can address those two things…then perfect.

Starting with the bellboy, everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff was very kind and friendly. Of course, the location is convenient. I think even those without children would be very satisfied! Also, the bath looks bigger than it appears, and I definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was just ok.

The good things first. Check- in to this property was smooth and quick, unlike when I tried to check-in at Tower 3, a week earlier. The staff are very nice and professional. The room itself was as described. It's a small one bedroom with a sitting/dining area, balcony and the washing machine and drying rack made it easy to do laundry. It was a 10 minute walk to Mall of Asia and there are shops and restaurants in the differed tower buildings, as well as nearby. The bad things. The room was not clean and hadn'tbeen in a while. There were dead bugs on the floor and live bugs crawling around the bathroom and kitchen. There was dust covering every surface, too. The internet was off when I first got there and did not come on until the next morning, then it went off in the evenings of my last two nights staying there, but it was restored within two hours of me contracting the host. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor in the hallway where my room was. I suspect it was from the cleaning chemicals being used, but it made me gag. If not for the those negative things, my stay would have been more pleasant.

Having premier shops and excellent dining options right nearby made exploring incredibly convenient. ​The Amenities & Staff: The property features fantastic facilities, including a wonderful pool area, and the overall management and staff were helpful and attentive. ​This property truly saved our honeymoon and made our time in Manila incredibly special.
