The apartment we got was very moldy, and i had an allergy attack within 15 minutes of reaching the property. I had to leave the apartment and got an accommodation at another place. Their bathroom sink was broken, opened a maintenance request , but i got a communication that it will get considered as non urgent. Overall a horrible place. I tried getting a refund, and no luck.

Nice accommodation with my room and bathroom being very clean. It is a shame there is no kettle in your room and you have to go to the kitchen. I was not aware of the kitchen until about my 3rd day here as was not told about this on arrival and only found it by chance walking down the corridor. Nice spacious rooms though and nice location by the food hall and about a 30 minute walk to the train station. Tram network very efficient from here too :)

Everything is clean and brand new. Comfortable and efficient. Takes 1 minute to get to the P-train for the airport. Breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional. Bar wasn't really a bar, just an extension of the check in desk, and not used much when i stayed (i don't recall anyone having a wine or beer the whole time).

Very welcoming. A quiet, large complex of buildings, probably especially useful for large groups and conferences, but certainly very good for travelers (with transportation). Food was quite good and the staff very cordial and helpful. It is a bit off the beaten path, but we liked that and would certainly choose again for our next stay in Helsinki.
