This place seemed to be no longer maintained even their most expensive room is not up to par. Shower is broken, wifi is not working and staff is working while you are in the room. Terrible

this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful.

My stay was amazing. The staff were accommodating and ready to help.
The entire area is safe and free from any thing thats disrupt my stay.
The food is excellent and satisfy my health requirements.
Most of all i love the seawater.

It stared bad due to pest control issues. We had to move rooms 3 times. The manager on duty was nice enough to upgrade us. I got a room on the 7th floor with balcony and I think that’s also the reason why we found a cockroach because it’s adjacent to the pool area. We were then moved to a higher floor.
All the staff were very pleasant especially the concierge during the pm shift. Regardless of what happened I will still give everyone credit

Pictures in website do not match with the hotel inventories kindly update cause it's misleading.. It was comfy yet we could have enjoyed it more if we get what we booked as advertised
