We had such a wonderful time at Innova Sultanahmet. The hotel itself was really good — clean, comfortable rooms, great location right in Sultanahmet, and everything we needed was spot on. But what made it special was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting

The front desk was always well staff and right there to take care of you every need. When we did not have time for breakfast they got us coffee. Were ready with umbrellas when it was raining. Made sure we had taxis ready when we needed them. I just can't say enough. The room was lovely and clean. Also the location was great with many things nearby including trams. Very pleased with our stay.

Doesn’t like much outside but you step inside to the most beautiful lobby and helpful staff. A porter to help with luggage. Connecting Family Rooms - great. Bathroom sink a little small but sufficient. Room size was ok. Restaurant food and views amazing!!! On top of a hill. Kinda hard to get too even by car. Most major attractions are walking distance about 10 minutes. Pool - sucks - too deep for non-swimmers. There’s no shallow to deep end. It’s all one level and you need a swimming cap to use pool. The Spa area is nice and clean and quiet.
