This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around. The room is comfortable, beautiful and very clean, the shower is excellent and the air conditioner helps a lot on days that are hot in Brazil. The shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap have a wonderful aroma (my favorite from the brand L' Occitane au Brésil) and I loved that complimentary havainas! The pre check-in was also very helpful, made everything faster when we got to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Sao Paulo!

Great hotel, very good location in a safe area when a foreigner can walk in the evening. Very good value for money. Great breakfast, large rooms, helpful staff. What else does on need?

The room was exceptionally clean including the bathroom. I had conversations with the staff several times and they were not only pleasant, but also very personable as well as professional. The breakfast was totally awesome! Excellent selection of food and anything cooked was cooked very well and the fruit was very delicious!

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. There was also a separate small washroom. Outside, there was a full length balcony running the length of the lounge and bedroom. The hotel itself is in a fantastic area that felt very safe well into the evening and had many great restaurants, bars and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. I would 100% come back to this place if I was in Sao Paulo again, it is 10/10. The only slight criticism is the breakfast is just okay - not bad, but not great - but the one time we ate dinner we had fantastic service and delicious food. The second reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the outstanding staff. I was travelling with my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary, and I very stupidly left my gold wedding ring in the room and didn't realise until I had passed through airport security. At many hotels I think you may not get such a valuable item back, so I was immensely relieved and grateful when I called them to be told they had it. They very kindly arranged for the ring to be returned to me in the UK (at my expense, of course) and they patiently dealt with the courier DHL (who were incompetent throughout) over several days. Thanks to the staff, I have my ring back - thank you!!!

I think the hotel staff makes this property so special. Yes great location, great rooms but the staff makes it special. I don’t think I was told no the whole visit. If I could think of one negative it could the gym. The equipment could use an update but a Smart Fit was across the street which was a really good gym connected to a great mall.
