The staff were so lovely and helpful! The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and cozy. No complaints, perfect stay.

Super quiet, no slamming doors or kids running down the hall. Rooms appear to be freshly remodeled and very clean. Staff very helpful and fluent in English. Recommended for middle age couples for being quiet and close to Nyhaven.

Very nice room, staff and amenities

Our week long stay at Phoenix Copenhagen was wonderful. The entire staff was so helpful from beginning to end and we always felt very well taken of. The room was lovely and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was a little tricky to get in and out of without a handle to use. Our room was on the street side but very quiet, which was wonderful. I will absolutely stay at this ideal location (close to great restaurants and the Metro) again.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast

Room was not cleaned although we requested. We were there for 4 nights

The walk up to the hotel is pretty special and the welcome by the reception matched this too. From local advice to storing our bags, drinks recommendations and just making us instantly at ease. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need for a weekend away. The location is brilliant and within walking distance to all the sites. Thanks to the reception team who really did make us feel particularly welcome.

Hotel is pretty. Would’ve preferred more than one drawer in the rooms. Requested for housekeeping via the website and didn’t receive it. After we notified the front desk, they responded promptly. Dinner was great. Service was phenomenal.
