Lovely staff- kind, very polite and attentive.
Spa was a bit of a disappointment,- dry sauna not hot enough, pool has no jets; often with lots of kids playing and screaming loudly in the pool. Not the best during relaxation.

The hotel is stunning as you would expect. The staff friendly but concierge services are a little haphazard. The rooms are in good order and well maintained. Exactly what I would have expected from a four seasons.

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs ..."
