The hotel was very nice and 5 min walk to the train station that takes u to the city center in less than 10 mins

The Sachet is all about Vienna's tradition, luxury well understood, discretion and a staff at all levels of the experience that delivers a professional, friendly and even perfect service with grace and elegance. Yes, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom well designed, the lobby has a great atmosphere- almost out of a Visconti film set...the spa could be better, the bar menu not that great but overall a brilliant antidote to luxury chains that try but don't reach a similar level.

This hotel met all our needs for a one night stay to catch a flight in the morning . Especially the restaurant and the service by the server who took care of many tables at once and did an excellent job .

Our room was a twin Executive which was warm and inviting. Linen and toiletries were of a high standard. The executive dining floor was excellent. A plentiful buffet at breakfast and a much appreciated ‘happy hour’ in the evenings with nibbles and alcoholic drinks. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. A good location next to the CAT train direct from the airport. All in all a very good choice of hotel for us on our first visit to Vienna. Thank you.

This is a very small hotel but in a great location. Very convenient to stores, museums and great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had an incredible view of the Stephansplatz. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Staff was very helpful in surprising my wife with a birthday bouquet at breakfast. Everyone was very professional.

The front desk agents weee excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. The coffee and bar area was very nice.
