We had an amazing stay at the Marriott Zurich! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful view of the Limmat River from our room, it was absolutely gorgeous and made the experience even more special. The staff was also outstanding: extremely helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, but management and service need significant improvement We stayed at Novotel Zurich Airport Messe during our family trip to Switzerland. The property has some positives, particularly its convenient location and overall concept, but unfortunately our experience was held back by several service and management issues. The biggest disappointment was the level of customer service. Some of the staff interactions felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, which was particularly frustrating after traveling all day with our family. We were also disappointed to learn that there was no room service, which we found inconvenient, especially when traveling with children and returning to the hotel after long days of sightseeing. Another major issue was the housekeeping operation. It appeared that the cleaning staff were seriously overloaded, and as a result, our room was not serviced in a timely manner. This felt less like an issue with the individual housekeeping employees and more like a management and staffing problem. The employees seemed to be doing their best under the circumstances, but the operation was clearly understaffed or poorly organized. Overall, the hotel has potential and a convenient location, but the management needs to do a much better job with staffing, housekeeping organization, and customer service. For the price and the standards we expected from a Novotel, we expected a more polished and professional experience.
