Staff are lovely and it's conveniently located right next to a metro stop but this is a very badic hotel. Rooms are big but amenities scarce. Water pressure was virtually nonexistent and bedside lamp didn't work. The room had two safes, neither of which worked. And there were no plugs near the bed.

The hotel is very well situated. It has a nice café and chocolaterie. The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff is welcoming. The area is safe.
The room was quite small and the air conditioning was problematic. The shower was ackward. The twin beds were comfy but it was difficult to keep the room cool and comfortable. The fridge did not work properly ( we requested a change and the new fridge made no difference). The safe was very small and placed very low as you could not access it. The carpet in the room was not ideal.
