Wailevu West Adventure Vacations

Upon checking in at 7 am, our room was not going to be ready til at least 11 am. They provided us with a room to store our stuff in and to change after a 12 hour flight. They fed us a nice homemade breakfast and we hung out at the pool til our room was ready. They were all so kind and we felt great about our choice to stay here. Then upon moving to our room, they informed us that our personal pool was not working properly, but it should be repaired by days end. The part never came. We were polite and understanding, They had no other room for us with a personal pool until the next day. They paid for our dinner, wine and dessert night one! They moved us into a room that worked and we had no complaints! Most of all, every staff person we encountered were so caring and kind to us! If Fiji weren't so blasted hot, we would gladly return!

We had a fabulous stay at Ramada Suites. Our room was comfortable, and had a great ocean view. The stafff were all friendly and welcoming, especially Archana at reception, and our concierge, Nemia, was outstanding. We didn’t want to leave.

Nice but it’s old as the building was built 85 years ago. We enjoyed it!

Beautiful resort friendly people especially Ame, Sala, sarleen,wame. To the owner of the resort I recommend highly the singers to go back and sing infront of the sunset bar as more people are walking past there and will see them more instead of having them inside of the sports bar infront of the big screen there that looks amazing and us from Australia love watching the footy Thurs Friday and sat nights and can’t as the singer is right in front of the screen. Love the renovated rooms they look so much better and smell better less mould then the old rooms.

Bula We can't say enough positive about each and every staff member. They are all friendly, helpful, never make any request feel like a burden and know your name from the minute you arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar has limited selections but okay. We were disappointed that there was 1 menu for each meal and it never changes. As we were in there in the low season, the buffet and traditional cooking night were not available. Food was prepared fine but lacked seasoning. There are no between meal options, fruit etc, available. If you like to snack, bring things with you. The common areas really need some updating. The staff do the best with what they have,but the owner needs to put some money into paint, replacing pool decking and cushion etc. This resort is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, you take one boat from the marina and then have to change to a smaller tender boat to take you to the beach as there is no dock. The ocean access from your Bure is very rocky and the sand coarse, recommend bringing water shoes. We loved the staff singing to greet you and send you off.

Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!
