Huge turnaround from close to one star to five stars due to front office manager Francesca. We had a valid complaint and she did things to compensate us that are above and beyond anything I have ever seen before.

My suite was not cleaned well upon arrival, left over food and bottle from previous guest. Reported it, did not even get an apology, but they did clean it within a couple of hours. Some banquet assistant manager reprimanded my wife in front of me for getting a cup of hot water from “no regular customer area” … there was a tiny sign indicating such directive, but she did not see it. He was very rude and uncaring, unfortunately for him I am a lifetime titanium platinum Marriott Bonvoy so not a regular customer lol However the kind thing to do was to just get my wife a cup of hot water for her tea. It was Friday at 9 p,m doubt any meetings were happening. I will be reporting this incident to Marriott Bonvoy as well. The breakfast was excellent very good value, I do not recommend this property as it seems guest facing management is not properly trained, being close to the metro is very convenient.

This was a nice place to stay for a night before our flight home to US. It seemed more like basic American style hotel rooms with a nice pool area outside.

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased.
Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.
