Second time in this place in a span of 13 months and nothing has changed. It has the feel of a hotel that was once built to impress, but has had minimal investment. Loads of cosmetic defects in the room, poor drainage, poor air conditioning, bathrooms a bit dingy, very old TV, smelly carpets in the hallway, etc, etc. The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but minimal (think Premier Inn) with much of the hot food looking like it was cooked the day before. WiFi in the room was poor, the lobby AC is only on near the reservation desk and the gym is a car crash, The staff are generally helpful and friendly, but one gets the feeling that everyone is just treading water. Definitely not worth what we paid and we won't be back there again.

Great stay at this hotel. Andy the waiter is faultless. All the ladies on reception go above and beyond to help out. We missed the daytime music and entertainment by the pool in the day. We would definitely return

We stay here around 6 times per year and as always we have a lively experience. We stayed in a family room with private terrace this time as we had our baby and 7 year old with us. Each night we got a little gift, marmalade, face cream, some oat bars, we got left a baby bath seat and a scrubber for the baby by the house keeping team, even though we didn’t ask for it. Room was clean, pools are always beaut. The food is great, no complaints.
