Spotless large room with a great view. Rooftop bar has great view, but restaurant is expensive and few options.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Great location, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and provided great customer service. The hotel has a waiting area where there is permanently fresh coffee and tea making facilities for the guests to help themselves to. In the room, the extras such as travel adaptors and several water bottles free of charge in the minibar, made the stay so much more comfortable.

Great location for a quiet and peaceful stay, away from busy areas but still close to attractions like Parque Eduardo VII. Easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable, and while the hotel isn’t modern, it has a nice classic Lisbon charm. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Gym was fabulous Staff was exceptional in the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. But very comfortable and they turned down. Service was outstanding.

Very ideal location, surprisingly for Europe regardless of the staff (especially since it’s a 5 star hotel) everyone there was friendly.
